HOW MUCH DOES SCRUBPLAN COST?

HOW CAN SCRUBPLAN SAVE MONEY ON MY PROJECT?
ScrubPlan will organize each equipment and material type by specification section to allow you to view an easy to ready/ complete snapshot of that scope of work. Please reference our Case Studies page for more example of how ScrubPlan can be used.
HOW ACCURATE ARE THE RESULTS?
Within the MEP, fire protection, and low voltage trades, ScrubPlan averages 98% accuracy. All other trades will average 95% accuracy.
WHAT TYPES OF FILES CAN BE UPLOADED TO SCRUBPLAN?
ScrubPlan is utilized to create project specific scopes of work from Construction Drawings. Specifications are typically not uploaded. To account for scanned drawings or "flattened" documents, OCR (optical character recognition) is applied to each sheet to ensure each note is captured.
WHAT PHASE OF THE PROJECT DESIGN SHOULD SCRUBPLAN BE USED?
ScrubPlan should begin to be utilized during the Design Development or 50% set of design documents and all subsequent drawings sets.
WHAT PHASE OF THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SHOULD SCRUBPLAN BE USED?
In order to save the most money on your project, ScrubPlan should be used while estimating the project by the preconstruction team, then should be used as resource during the estimate turnover and while the operations teams are writing subcontracts. ScrubPlan is even beneficial while reviewing submittals to make sure all shop drawings capture the design intent.
WHAT DIVISIONS IS SCRUBPLAN CAPABLE OF IDENTIFYING?
ScrubPlan will accurately identify materials and equipment associated with over 750 specification sections within construction divisions 1-34.
IS CUSTOMER DATA USED TO CREATE OR REFINE SCRUBPLAN AI MODELS?

WHAT SIZE PROJECTS SHOULD BE USED?
We recommend using ScrubPlan for projects over $500k in total contract value. Users will experience greater ROI with larger projects. ScrubPlan is capable of handling projects up to 1400 drawings (this count does not include the specifications!).
CAN SCRUBPLAN ANALYZE SPECIFICATIONS?
Yes, ScrubPlan is capable of summarizing the key specification requirements for each material or equipment type.
WHAT AI MODELS DOES SCRUBPLAN USE?
For the assignment of a material or equipment to a trade, ScrubPlan uses our internally developed ISM (Intelligent Selection Model). OpenAI is then used to organize user facing data for Scope Checklists and AutoSOW output.
