ScrubPlan was founded in 2020 with the goal of adding another tool to the belt of estimating and project management construction professionals. ScrubPlan's mission is to provide estimators and project managers with a tool to back check their work and reduce the number of scope gaps or details not assigned to the correct trade.

ScrubPlan was founded by construction industry professionals. We know the job description of many in the construction industry is to 'get the job done'. We have a strong belief that any tool that can make a project go smoother or make an estimator/ project manager more efficient is essential to the success of a subcontractor or general contractor in today's market.
How We Built ScrubPlan
ScrubPlan focuses on the most important and time consuming aspect of construction estimating - defining a scope of work and communicating these requirements in bid packages, scope sheets and/or subcontracts.
ScrubPlan was established in 2020 by construction professionals who could not ignore the opportunity to mitigate scope gaps and estimate inaccuracies that affect the entire construction industry.
After three years of research and development on ScrubPlan's Intelligent Selection Model (ISM) for construction materials and equipment, ScrubPlan has officially launched. This model enables ScrubPlan to catalog every material and every piece of equipment in the plans, facilitating the tracking of work scope throughout a project.
ScrubPlan concentrates on enhancing communication and distributing project-specific requirements by integrating generative AI models and automated PDF mark-ups.
Today, our commitment to boosting productivity and reducing the time project teams spend on plan reviews is stronger than ever, thanks to the launch of our augmented plan review and change detection overlays. Our research and development teams will continue to consistently roll out new tools and features to help you work more efficiently and intelligently.
